Returns Policy

You have 7 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Contact us first so we can arrange the return and confirm the address.

If something arrives damaged or stops working within 6 months due to a manufacturing defect, we replace or refund it. Send us a short video or photo of the issue to speed things up.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the item.

We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. Change-of-mind returns are at your own cost.
