Shipping Policy

Orders are packed within 1–2 working days. Courier delivery takes 3–7 working days to most South African addresses, and slightly longer to outlying areas.

Flat R79 nationwide courier fee. Delivery is free on orders over R750.

You receive a tracking number as soon as the courier collects. You can also check progress any time on the Track Order page using your order number and email.

Drops occasionally sell faster than stock arrives. If an item is delayed we contact you with the option to wait, swap or cancel for a full refund.
